ah, another suggestion that came up:
- changes to the programme are inevitable, however they should be announced
at regular interval (ie. anytime a change is made, there should be an
announcement)
I thought that Rufus loudspeaker effect he made with his cupped hands from
time to time was very effective
additionally, a notice board where a BIG POST about last minute changes are
displayed, if someone is really interested in something in the programme
they can keep an eye on it
(for those who may be out of the room when the announcements are made)
