Hey Antti,

this is a really nice start! Thanks for this. I will have a look at Needlebaselater. Is it suitable for online collaboration? So people could add and edit?

Also I wonder if and how this information could be added to the www.opengovernmentdata.org mapping project. Any suggestions?
