Dear All: I hope this message finds you well. 

I will be grateful if  you will recommend a few articles/other sources about 
privacy and data  protection in  the context of open data. I intend to formulate 
recommendations for  public servants (responsible for posting open data on the 
Moldovan web  portal) and I would like to consult other sources (learn from the 
experience of other countries) than legislative acts.
