[open-government] Fwd: PSI in Poland

It is a great news and a big congratulation for Centrum Cyfrowe and the
group of Polish internet users who were very active on this!
Just to add more context, as it's not so happy news:
On the other hand of opening the data, Polish government, what it is worth
noting, in the same project decided to restrict access to certain
information, such as requested by the administration of legal advice or
expertise.
I hope it will be fixed by the Parliament, but it will be difficult fight.
