[open-government] Open data competitions - archive + documentation?

I guess: basic things like start date and end date of the competition.

But also categories of apps, winner apps, etc

For me the most interesting question would still be: how could we make more use of the gathered information? As it is now in the spreadsheed its pretty useless, how would that change by putting the data into CKAn?
