Hi all,
I'm writing my thesis on Open Government Data from a technological and
an economical (knowledge economy) point of view.

I wondering if in addition to the analysis however positive to OGD
(http://ec.europa.eu/information_society/policy/psi/facilitating_reuse/economic_analysis/index_en.htm),
there are also critical ones in order to understand on which
economical basis could be made an effective political choice for PSI
re-use.
