[open-government] Comprehensive list of Open Government Data initiatives

Hi all,

I am working on a presentation on Open Government Data initiatives and was
looking for the most up to date list of official Open government data
portals already launched or in project.
Unfortunately, the lists I found are not well maintained.
Any suggestion or pointer would very appreciated.
