Dear all,

Is there any tool adopted by any government (local / national) to make all
G2C communications / transactions online and transparent to the public (to
eliminate secrecy) geographic / function wise?

Are the citizens enrolled with all demographic data with their needs
specified ?

Are resources mapped to ensure supply and demand match, to meet citizen's
needs, in every sphere of human activity / need?

Do citizens have individual log-in and home page to communicate / transact
in a easy and simple way?

Is consolidated MIS report possible geographic / functional activity wise
with drill down features?

Can opinions / comments be posted on issues raised and voted publicly?

Best,

Kris Dev
