[open-government] Open Data Portals - Usability Studies

Hello all,

Can anyone point me to any usability studies of Open Data Portals - even
just rough-and-ready lists of things that make sense to improve.

I'm sure some of the government portals must have commissioned some studies,
or done their own research - and hoping these might be available openly...
(or able to be made so...)

Any pointers, documents etc. welcome. Will summarise any responses in a blog
post and share back with the list.

All best wishes

Tim
