[open-government] Hosting Open Data projects

The Data Hub: <http://thedatahub.org/> (previously <http://ckan.net/>)

It's a community data hub for getting and sharing data which the Open
Knowledge Foundation helped set up (and which runs on the open-source
CKAN software).
