Canada's Action Plan on Open Government was released on April 11,
2012.  It will be also be presented at the Open Government Partnership
meeting in Brasilia.

There are 12 actions listed in this three-year plan, including two
foundational commitments:
* a government-wide Open Government Directive
* a government-wide Open Government License
