[open-government] Apps & Ideas entries received for Apps4Fingal Open Data Competition

Hi all,

Yesterday was the closing date for the Apps4Fingal Open data competition
here in Ireland.

We received 23 App entries and 36 Ideas entries and are delighted with
this response.
