[open-government] UK Government Releases Open Data White Paper and revamped Data.Gov.UK

Thanks for the heads up, Rufus. Wondering, does anyone know if this is a
new license? - http://data.gov.uk/licensing

Of course many/most of the datasets in data.gov.uk are licensed under the
OGL. Why not say so on the licensing page?
