[open-government] The International Organisation of La Francophonie backs the Open Government Partnership

During its last summit 2 weeks ago, the OIF (International Organisation of
French Speaking Countries) backs the Open Government Partnership and has
called its member to participate into the initiative. In its "Digital
Agenda" paper, the organization has also called member's state to launch
EGov and Open Data programmes.
Considering the lack of involvement of the French Speaking Countries in the
Open Gov Movement (no one is in the OGP yet) and the influence of the
organisation in West-Africa, this is quite a good news.
