Dear open-gov enthousiasts,

I would like to share with you the Open Government Diagram realized by a
french Open-Gov NGO, Démocratie Ouverte, and recently translated by OKF
France.

The diagram tries to integrate every dimension of open government.
Feel free to re-use it! (with attributions)

They also recently released Parliament &
Citizens<http://parlement-et-citoyens.fr>,
a platform to co-design laws that allows representatives to involve
citizens in drafting their bills.

More info on this project:

(if you like their work, you can still applause even though it does not
influence the contest).

In copy Armel and Cyril who run Démocratie Ouverte

Best
