[open-government] Definitions of Open Government and Open Government Data

Hi,

I agree with much of what Josh is saying and it will be interesting to see how these various communities - from scientists, librarians, UX designers, policy makers, to hacker advocates, etc. actively interact and collaborate together to solve problems and share learning. 

Part of that openness in my mind is the inclusiveness of these communities to share and learn from each other despite coming from unique disciplines with specific ways of communicating and describing their work.
