[open-government] A City (& Region) Census - What are the Key Datasets?

Hi all,
I`d also include
- meeting minutes of municipal commissions,
- asset disclosures of local gov officers.
As for procurements, I`d suggest to refer to the whole procurement process,
not just contracting.
