[open-government] A gov report calling for opendata in French "Trading Funds"

Hello Chris,

Yes the company register, as the legislation or local spendings, is
among those data still under trading funds that civil society keeps
asking for.
We keep repeating the government they need to act on these ones
priorily to respect the G8 engagements, but still waiting.
There should be some new announces after an intergov meeting on
december 12th, we'll see what happens next...
