[open-government] Pacific / Europe community call

HI Jury,

I'm sorry you can't make it to OKFest, I hope we can wee you next year.

I think the purpose of the calls is to have an international mix to it.
However, I was thinking of having regional phone calls in order to have
more participants, but the point will be taken into considerations.
