[open-government] Open Data Index - Europe and MENA community call

Hello all,

Tomorrow we will start our European leg of the global open data index
sprints. So far we had a wonderful response from the Americas, and we want
to keep up with the rate in Europe!

Join us to our community call tomorrow, Thursday 9th of October at 16:00
BST / 11:00 EST / 17.00 CEST/18:00 EAT.

During the call we will answer your questions, gather feedback or give you
general help.
