Afternoon,

I've posted a couple more updates to the Wordpress plugin.

It now has an API to retrieve and set notes in the annotation store at a
basic level. I've updated the readme with the API details and opened up
some issues on the GitHub account (https://github.com/okfn/textus-wordpress),
mainly around authentication.
