Hi Iain,
Great news! It seems that WP is putting up quite a lot of resistance, but
I'm happy to see progress being made. In one of the issues you talk about
WP not liking the upload of .json, and I think your solution of uploading
files as .txt using the Wordpress's file uploader is a good one.
