[Open-Legislation] Fwd: [euopendata] Examples of using open data on legislation?

Hi!

I agree, the aim should be participation, collaboration and transparency,
also in the law-making process.
>From a "strategy" point of view, it is also important to pick the people up
where they are today. Who actually reads legal texts? How can we make it
easier for people to deal with existing legislation. It is probably hard to
get them involved in the law-making process, if people do not even
understand (or have sufficient access) to legislation that is in force and
effect (wich is supposed to be the "easier" part). I guess this is also a
little bit the direction of Ton's question if I understand correctly, right?
