[Open-Legislation] RIS:App - app for Austrian legislation

Hi!

There is a new version of the RIS:App, which is the mobile interface to
Austrian legislation. It is based on Austrian legislation that is available
as open data. Obviously, it is only in German language, but you might want
to take a look anyhow. The previous version was too slow and not user
friendly enough, this one is much better now. Have a look and let me know
what you think! Please don't forget to rate it in the stores - thank you.
