[open-linguistics] Project note in Language Resources and Evaluation

Hi all,
     I am willing to contribute, so, please, count me in. As for the 
scope, I would discuss mainly OWLG (possibly also presenting the LLOD 
cloud as well in a fairly large dedicated section).
