Hi Zoltán,
emails like the one you sent are not very likely to be successful.
Even I am unable to tell what this conference is about and why we should
submit something there.
It does not seem scientific and most of the people on the list do not
get any funding to travel to such events.
In any case, you would need to get active yourself and lead the proposal
writing, i.e. draft the basic idea, set up the document, etc.
Will you be at LREC?
