To clarify this formulation:

By "not having a clear result", I mean that criteria with respect to the  
definition of linguistic resources have not fully clarified yet. Formal  
criteria are less problematic, as we basically follow those for the LOD  
diagramm (well, obviously slightly relaxed with respect to linking at the  
moment, but more rigid in the future).
