[open-linguistics] Web frontend for a Lemon lexical dataset

I'm working with some dictionary data, trying to develop it as a
linked data resource as part of a larger repository of language
resources (Alveo http://alveo.edu.au).  The obvious solution for
modelling the data seems to be Lemon.

I'm wondering what if any tools there are to support managing a Lemon
dictionary. In particular whether there is existing software to
present a dataset as linked data via the web, or to provide a
user-facing web dictionary interface.   Even better, is there
something that would support updating the dataset via a web interface?

Any pointers appreciated.
