[open-linguistics] Next OWLG Telco

Hi all,

We haven't had a telco for the Working Group on Open Linguistics for a
while, however it would be good to have one before Christmas to discuss two
issues: Firstly, the future plans for the Linked Data in Linguistics
Workshop Series, in particular whether we will organise a workshop in 2017
and secondly, any updates on existing or new projects.
