[open-science] Launch of the Panton Principles for Open Data in Science + Is It Open Data?

Would it be possible to have the Country field selected by drop-down
menu? Then totals would be easier to generate, without needing to
convert between U.K. and UK, or USA and United States.

Thanks everyone for preparing this articulate summary of the issue,
