[open-science] Panton Papers

Just to let you all know, Daniel Mietchen (in cc) has kindly agreed to
administer the science.okfnpad.org and to administer/create any other
pads that this group needs! So if we need additional pads/pages, or
you'd like a user/admin account to create these -- please contact
Daniel in the first instance!
