[open-science] Panton Fellowships for Open Data in Science

Hi All

Exciting news! OKF has been successsful in obtaining OSI funding for two
fellowships in the field of open data in science.
More details to follow but needless to say this is a great achievement and
thanks must go to to Jonathan Gray and Peter Murray-Rust for making it
happen.
