[open-science] Fwd: New edition UKDA guide: Managing and Sharing Data

Fully agree with you John. The guide is a big, rich document with lots
of useful stuff in it. I just wanted to make sure that open licensing
was included - definitely don't think it should be the main thing, let
alone the only note. ;-)
