[open-science] github/R stack for the nomadic researcher

To explain a little, I thought a separate instance could be
specialised in simple ways, e.g. having standard fields for extra
authors, affiliations, journal, etc - whatever people would find most
useful. (And perhaps also in more complicated ways, using CKAN
references to implement citations; I'm not sure how easy/feasible this
is, but I could ask the CKAN technical folk for advice.)

If people think this a good idea your offer could be  very useful!
