[open-science] OKCon 2013 Open Science Proposals

Hi Stefan

+1 for a workshop/hack day, we have run these successfully at previous
OKCons.
Would anybody who is planning to attend OKCon be willing to help organise
one if it got approved as a satellite event? Unfortunately, I'm not going
to be able to attend this year due to research commitments :(

They've been a lot of fun to organise and attend in the past!
