[open-science] Template for Data Sharing Agreement in EU projects?

Dear all,

data sharing arrangements have always been part of large research
projects, but I am not aware of any Data Sharing Agreement having open
data as the default.

If you know of such a document or have suggestions as to useful
phrasing - especially within the context of EU projects - I would
appreciate notice.
