[open-science] Testing open data with prize money for reuse

Dear all,

I became aware today of a neuroimaging dataset that is interesting
from the perspective of open science, since it is not only
Panton-compliant, but comes with an additional motivator to encourage
contributions and reuse - prize money to a total of EUR 5k (deadline
Nov 1).
