Not sure if I understand the intent behind the question. Are you wondering
about a replacement for the traditional peer reviewed journal or a more
popular web site but devoted *only* to science? If the former, I am not
aware of anything, and if the latter, what is wrong with just using Medium
for it seems to do what you want it to do?
