TPM = http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trusted_Platform_Module ??  I assume
(roughly == Digital Rights Management DRM)
TPP is specific to Pacific. The US has reinvented this as TTIP for Europe.

All these TLAs scare me and they act directly against Open
