Dear all,

The open science for development (openscidev) group would apparently like
to do a session as part of the open development fringe event in Berlin.
Jenny Molloy coordinator of the openscidev group wrote the following to the
open science list members

"*My understanding is we're working towards an open science for development
session as part of the open development working group satellite event. but
I'm not sure how far planning the programme for that event has got as it's
in the hands of the other working group - we'll try and confirm asap :)"*

some of the proposals on the wiki with open science proposals for
OKFest2014 http://wiki.okfn.org/Open_Science/OKFest2014 were development
related ( like for instance my proposal for geomicrobiology and soil
fertilisation.)
It would be fantastic when these proposals could be part of a open science
for development session during the fringe event.

I am assuming that Jenny as our group's coordinator will take the lead on
this.
I am happy to assist where and when necessary

cheers

TOM
