Hi Stepanie

Thanks so much for the offer - this sounds great! How many will your
conference room comfortably hold?
So far 10 people have said that they are coming to OKFest, but there are
more who are not on the wiki and I don't know how many will stay until 18th.

Anyone attending OKFest - please do let us know and indicate if you would
be interested in attending a fringe event:
