[open-science] [Open-access] Call for proposals on transformations around Open Access

Brilliant,

Independently some of us  are arranging an Open meeting in Cambridge UK in
memory of Jean-Claude Bradley and promoting Open Notebook Science
provisionally on 14th July 2014 so this comes at a very good time.
