[open-science] Open Science Coordination at Open Knowledge

It's really great news!

I believe I will write soon about the Russian interuniversity consortium
for Open Science, which we are trying to organize on the basis of ITMO
University.

And I hope so much that we will be able to start Open Science working group
in Russia.
