RDA Europe is offering travel support to Early Career European 
Researchers & Scientists working with Data to attend the 10th RDA 
Plenary meeting, in Montrèal, Canada, 19-21 September 2017

The aim of this programme is to introduce early career researchers & 
scientists affiliated to a European organization to RDA and the RDA 
Plenaries.

Meet up with worldwide experts on data: scientists, researchers, 
practitioners, IT specialists all together at RDA Plenary 10, for the 
most exciting and productive gathering around Data Science.
Follow talks and discussions from any of the 85 active Working Groups 
and Interest Groups that make up the Research Data Alliance, working in 
multiple disciplines, domains and thematic fields and from different 
types of organisations across the globe. Participate, join the 
discussions, and bring your ideas to the table at RDA Plenary 10 this fall!

Successful applicants are

     invited to display a poster summarising their studies and areas of 
interest during the plenary meeting
     assigned a working group for which they are requested to attend the 
working meeting at the Plenary meeting
     asked to take notes and provide a summary of the meeting for 
internal use by the group members
     requested to write a publishable summary on the meeting to be 
posted as a blog / news piece on the RDA web site, referencing the 
applicant as the author directly
