[open-science] Join the RDA Plenary 10 in Montrèal, 19-21 September - RDA Europe offers travel support for Early Careers

Interesting, I wouldn't have pegged RDA Plenaries as a top destination for
scholars themselves, though certainly a lot of people who support scholarly
work attend them. Suppose it's useful for scholars interested in data
management (& co) to come and talk to a lot of practitioners.
