Open Science and Research Results Exploitation: friends or foes?

Have questions about Open Data, Open Science and research results
exploitation? Join this OpenAIRE and EOSC-hub webinar that will cover
Horizon 2020 rules and good practices approaches to addressing these issues
in Consortium Agreements and Data Management Plans. It will also
specifically cover the issues of concern between Open Science and
exploitation (patents, spin offs/ outs, confidentiality), business planning
and licensing strategies.

Speakers: Matti Heikkurinen (Strategy and Innovation Officer, EGI
Foundation), Dr. Thomas Margoni (CREATe - UK Copyright and Creative Economy
Centre, University of Glasgow - Co-Director, Senior Lecturer in
Intellectual Property and Internet Law, Director of LLM IP in the Digital
Economy) and Dr Prodromos Tsiavos (Policy and Legal Advisor (specialty
IPR), Athena Research & Innovation Center, University of Athens).
