Hi Robert, great to hear from you

Will be participating in a relevant workshop this week on the role of ICT in environmental regulation<http://www.conference.ie/conferences/menu.asp?menu=1354&Conference=205> in Ireland. Looking forward to exploring the policy and regulatory angle of "open sustainability" there. I believe the talks will be made available online as videos after the event. Happy to chat about it.

Cheers

We're considering a project that employs some sort of framework to use open knowledge to complement public policy and regulatory development for air emissions.

Looking for any references describing any such frameworks, projects, theoretical backgrounds, etc?

Has this ever been attempted?

Thanks for any suggestions!

Robert
