[open-sustainability] Mandatory GHG reporting for 1,100 of the UK’s biggest companies

Is there an open data standard for them to publish with?

Could one be developed ? - with WBCSD/WRI and/or The Carbon Trust (if there is a uk focus) and a few companies already publishing and willing to take the next step?
