[Open-transport] Community coordinated list of all railway stations around the world

Attached, these are sourced from the API of www.ns.nl, which to my best
knowledge is pretty much open data as it gets. (Sttefan De Konink will
correct me when wrong ;) )
You will notice that some stations are located in the ocean, we've
geo-referenced those at
