Hi all,

I guess you guys know of this. However it was new to me so I thought sharing might be of interest:

The EU ITS Directive* (Directive 2010/40/EU), includes 2 actions (out of 6) that are essentially dealing with open data. These two actions will make it compulsory for public bodies to share transport, road and traffic data, both static and real-time, where a public body already holds the data – it will not compel public bodies to gather new data. 

I am wondering if there are any opinions on this.
